So, the storey goes like this...
Once upon a time, there was this crazy couple who had a dream of living above their own store.
To get a good start in the field, and to acquire a good customer base, they set up inside a flea market. All the
time, looking for just the right place.
Finally, after many years (okay, only 3 1/2), it happened!
This couple went to work one night, and were jolted by the Dragon... The husband asked a friend and co-worker
to meet him the next evening to go scout around. The wife was looking in the paper on break and found a couple
places that looked interesting. Next morning they shared their ideas of the venture out and the newspaper
findings, and discovered they each found the same place! As if that wasn't exciting enough...
Next morning after work, this couple went out for breakfast, then came home and made THE CALL! The call
that was the biggest, most important call they've ever had to make! The call to the Realtor who was showing the
place.
The Realtor is very interesting. In his words, he is "a child of the '60's"! We talked about the store, showed
him what we have, checked out what was there, made a choice, but still had to talk to the landlord... We couldn't
see the apartment at that time, had to wait on the landlord that evening... All hinged on whether or not we could
live there. Oh, and the landlord is in a band called, Concrete Trampoline! So we have a rock star and an old
hippie to work with!
Between the time we looked at the store part, and when we could see the apartment, we came up with figures of
what we could pay, how we could pay, and what time frame all the deposits would be in. He is willing to take
payments, so that works!
Okay, time to see the apartment... Is it going to work for us??? In about 1 1/2 minutes, we were ready to sign
papers! Oh, yes! It will definitely work!
Signing was very cool... We signed a paper that showed our payment plans, on 01-06-06, added together is "13".
We signed the official lease on "Friday the 13th", the building number is 634, added together is "13", and there
are 13 windows in our apartment! Oh, my!
Oh, and the 1 1/2 minutes... comes to 1 minute 30 seconds! Another "13"!

So, that's how it all came to pass. This storey is never ending... as Steele Dragon is growing as we speak! One
step at a time, mostly. But, sometimes, the dragon just lands on us and carries us a few mountains further than
we were, but, that's the way they go!
